They are fresh fruit dipped in chocolate, so we never have them ready in advance: they are made for the delivery day. That is why we ask for at least two days' notice, and three or four around Valentine's Day, Love and Friendship Day or Mother's Day, when the fruit runs out and production fills up.
How to keep them
